David Lauschke

David Lauschke is a lifelong resident of the Alton area. He graduated from the University of Illinois with a BA and an MS in Finance and has been actively occupied with the local real estate market for over 25 years. He’s been involved in appraising, brokerage, and, most recently, in building homes. His low key approach to selling, his ability to listen to his clients’ needs, and his genuine interest in his clients have served him well over the years.David is married and the father of three children. He and his wife Laura currently reside in the Godfrey area. He is actively involved in the community, volunteering considerable time to worthwhile causes. He’s also been actively involved with the local school board for over 25 years.

Rick Lauschke believes in working hard for the benefit of his clients and treating them the way he would want to be treated – with great service and honesty. Rick was born and raised in the Alton/Godfrey area and graduated from the University of Illinois. Rick’s business experience includes 15 years with IBM in various Sales and Sales Management positions and 15 years as Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Premier Air Center. In addition to Real Estate sales, Rick works with customers to build their dream home. Rick and his wife, Bernadette, have been active in the community volunteering their time and efforts to worthwhile causes since returning to the area over 20 years ago. Linda Morrissey

Her professional, soft sell approach to real estate has empowered her to listen carefully with interest and understanding to each specific need of her client, in order to assure that he or she is satisfied whether buying or selling. A majority of these clients are repeat customers, with many referring their children.Linda has raised three children, and is the proud grandmother of five. Her husband is a builder/developer of Morrissey Construction Co in the RiverBend area. Consequently, Linda has been involved in residential and commercial real estate, relocation, new construction, and developments in this area for many years. She is a Million Dollar Club member, holds a Life Membership in the Presidents Club, and has also served on the Board of Directors for the Southwestern Illinois Chapter of the American Red Cross for the past 10 years. Snorkeling, deep sea fishing, and traveling the Caribbean are just a few of the things she enjoys whenever there is free time.

 

 

Becky Allen

Becky Allen has been a realtor with Paul R. Lauschke and Associates since 2005.  Prior to that she taught elementary school with the Alton School District for 34 years. Becky was awarded the Five Star Professional Real Estate Agents Award for 2014 by St. Louis Magazine. Becky offers full real estate service for all her clients.  Whether you are buying or selling your house, she will give you individual attention. If you are a first time homebuyer, she has the information you need to buy your first house. Becky is currently a member of the Board of Directors of the Alton Educational Foundation. She has served with several organizations in the past including Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts, Alton Band and Orchestra Builders, and PTO.  Becky has lived in the Alton-Godfrey area her entire life.

 

 

Laura Dugas

After 20 years of military service in the Air Force, Laura now applies discipline and service-minded support her real estate customers.   She has experience as a seller, buyer, renter, and landlord.  Laura grew up in Bethalto and now lives in Jersey county.  Laura enjoys helping others. She is an Rotary International Youth Exchange Officer, a volunteer coach for youth sports, and an adult leader in the Boy Scouts of America.  If you are looking for someone to help you sell or buy a home, she’s ready to help. “Service before self” is more than a motto, it is her way of life.

Don Landuyt brings many years of professional customer service to his clients. Her first career was nursing and the same care and concern she showed her patients is now shown to her real estate clients. Vivian is also active in the Alton community — she taught Sunday School at St. Paul’s Episcopal Church for 13 years and, after serving as president of both the music and athletic booster clubs for the Alton school district, Vivian was elected to the school board in 1999.
